Ivorian Man Utd defender Eric Bailly does not intend to accept the new contract

Manchester United's proceeding to the quarterfinals of the Europa League saw Paul Pogba with a goal in his first match in the starting lineup after more than a month and a half break due to injury, and the echo of this triumph brought trouble to Old Trafford.

News are spread across the UK that Eric Bailly is angry with Ole Gunnar Solskjer for "disrespect", and the reason is that the Norwegian did not include him in the team for the second leg Europa League match against AC Milan. If this is really true, it means that Bailly would speed up the process of leaving the club with such reaction, because United would have practically only the upcoming next couple of transfer windows to earn something on his sale, ie for him not to leave as a free agent in a year and a half.

Bailly is mostly the third option behind Maguire and Lindelof this season, and he has only started seven games in the Premier League so far. Until the match with Milan, he was in the mood to discuss a one-year extension, but that is now unlikely. All of this contradicts recent statements by Solskjaer, who included the 26-year-old stopper in his plans for the future.
