It's not the titles that make you a champion but what you carry underneath that shirt. Mo's a living proof

Salah has informed Liverpool he'll return to training as soon as tomorrow and will be available for the Leicester tie on Thursday

It was so sad seeing such an impeccable star with a silver medal on his chest after the excruciating loss in the AFCON final.

No, there's no dilemma Senegal deserved to win, but Mohamed Salah's devotion and commitment to the team had been exquisite in every single moment of the continental championship.

But he's proving his class even after such a massive blow and disappointment. As per British media, Salah has told Liverpool that he will return to training on Tuesday, less than 48 hours after the Senegal tie. Moreover, he'll be available for the upcoming Premier League encounter on Thursday against Leicester.

That's a true champion!

Liverpool have remained unbeaten without Salah and Mane, though the forwards have only missed two Premier League games.

Their month-long absence also saw the pair sit out both legs of the Carabao Cup semi-final against Arsenal - a goalless draw at home and a victory at the Emirates Stadium - and FA Cup victories against Shrewsbury Town and Cardiff City.

The Reds gaffer Jurgen Klopp revealed he talked with Salah and Mane and expects them to arrive soon.

"I think they will be available [for Leicester], but we will see," Klopp said.

"Tuesday or Wednesday latest the winner will be back, the other slightly earlier," he added, with Senegal's celebrations beginning on the evening of the game and carrying on well into the night.

"I have to talk to them. They have a rhythm as [they have] played quite a few games!"
