It's not just goal but work of art made by Senegalese-born striker (VIDEO)

This year's Puskas Award - for the most beautiful goal of 2025 - has just got itself a serious contender this Monday night.

Bologna's Senegalese-born striker Dan Ndoye scored not just a goal, not just a stunner, but an actual work of art in a 1-1 home draw against Napoli.

The visitors, who were eager to grab all three points and reduce the gap to league leaders Internazionale to a single point, went 1-0 up thanks to Frank-Andre Zambo Anguissa's first-half opener.

Instead of building on that basis, Romelu Lukaku and his teammates failed to score another and wrap up the tie. The punishment was severe and stunning, delivered by the Swiss international of African origins, Ndoye.

Odgaard crossed it from the left and Ndoye met it at the near post with a sensational back-heel flick from six yards that bounced into the back of the net off the underside of the crossbar.

Despite chances on both ends in the next half an hour, the score stayed the same as Napoli failed to capitalize on Inter's slip and maybe even lost the Scudetto with this draw.
