De la Fuente will make a few changes in his defensive line. Southgate stays with the team that has gone from the brink of the abyss to the verge of eternity
The temperature is rising as we're getting closer to the European Championship final between Spain and England tonight (10 pm). Spanish and English press are full of stories and content regarding the upcoming battle of all the battles, with both sides being optimistic about the outcome of the Berlin showdown.
"Let's go for our fourth", writes Marca, remembering the previous three titles won by the Red Fury (1960, 2008, 2012).

According to the Spanish press, Luis de la Fuente is contemplating some changes in defence. Dani Carvajal will most likely return to the right-back spot after suspension, but more uncertainty surrounds the right centre-back position. Robin Le Normand had been a regular starter until the semi-final, but due to a one-match ban, he was replaced by Real Madrid's Nacho Fernandez.
However, as things stand, Nacho has staked his claim to start in Berlin, but for De la Fuente, it's not enough. Marca explains that Le Normand will be given the 'return ticket' to the starting XI, along with Carvajal.
On the other hand, the expected euphoria has reached the English shores, as Gareth Southgate's boys have managed to overcome difficulties on the road to the finals.
Now the press is unanimous: "We Kane do it", says The Sunday Express in the wordplay on their front page. The Three Lions are again on the verge of eternity, just like a few years ago when they faced Italy in the EURO 2020 showdown. The penalty shootout at Wembley ended horribly for them, but things have changed since, and the Three Lions have much more experience than three years ago.
Moreover, Southgate has finally found the starting XI that perfectly fits his philosophy and won't change a single piece of their puzzle ahead of the final.
The Sunday Telegraph also features a picture of England captain Harry Kane and Prince William's words: "Show the world what you are made of."
The heat is on, it's time for the epic battle.
