Tottenham are willing to take back Japhet Tanganga, 24, from Augsburg as soon as possible
Ange Postecoglou's Spurs are hurt by a series of injuries, especially among their defenders. Such an injury-torn squad has suffered three EPl losses in a row, and now the North Londoners are eager to regroup as soon (and as cheap) as possible.
On Wednesday, the German newspaper Kicker reported that Tottenham may consider recalling Japhet Tanganga from Augsburg.
The 24-year-old joined the Bundesliga club on loan in August but has yet to make a Bundesliga appearance for Augsburg. The Englishman took longer than planned to recover from an injury and, although reportedly training well, hasn't been an option for the first-team squad.
As things stand, Tanganga is a fifth or sixth choice at this modest German side, and, ironically, he'll probably get more playing minutes in the Premier League.

Tanganga was injured for the first seven Bundesliga games, made the bench against Koln on November 4, but hasn't made the matchday squad since.
