If my son fell like that I would ask him - what are you doing?!

Jamie Carragher criticizes Tottenham's striker by saying his fall was embarrassing - Gary Neville defends Kane
Someone might be mistaken if they saw the score of 1-1 and said that the clash between Everton and Tottenham was peaceful. It was anything but that. And it will be remembered, apart from the goals, for Abdoulaye Doucure being sent off - the Malian's violent gesture was followed by the dramatized fall of Harry Kane after Doukure, undoubtedly, hit him in the face.
Or maybe 'hit' him is too strong a word? Sky's expert consultant and former Liverpool flankman Jamie Carragher believes that "handled" may be a better choice of words.
"The debate is not about the red card. Harry Kane shouldn't not be going down for that. Now, it can still be a red card by putting your hand in someone's face, Doucoure is wrong, I'm sure Sean Dyche will tell him that. But - I wouldn't go down there if I was a player, there is nowhere near enough to let you go down", Carragher began before raising his voice.
"If I've done that on the pitch, I'd be embarrassed, and if I watched me own son, who is a player, if I saw him do that - yeah it might help his team win, yeah the opposition are down to ten men, it gives them an advantage...when he'd get back in the car I would say 'What were you doing there?! Don't ever do that again on a football pitch', assures the former Liverpool defender who believes that a player of Kane's reputation must be an example in every situation.
However, Gary Neville (we are already used to the two counter each other) thinks otherwise.
"We are talking about qualifying for the Champions League. If Hary Kane stands up there, it might have been a yellow card because it might have been deemed as just a little hand ogg. Harry has gone down, whether he should have gon down or not, is to make sure that Doucoure does gent sent off. It's a part of the game that people don't like. You might call it cheating, but you can't put your hand in someone's eye."
