‘He’s always on the phone and is obsessed with his hair’

Barcelona is playing well again, winning and scoring goals. And just like last year, they have their top players in form: Raphinha, Yamal, Pedri, and Lewandowski. The Brazilian winger is an important part of the team, and his counterpart from the right side of the field is equally significant for Hansi Flick. Above that, he is part of the new Barca generation from La Masia and is a future star. Lamine Yamal was mentioned in Raphinha’s big interview for Sofa Score, which they posted on their YouTube channel.

In the show "A Guest and a Half," the FC Barcelona striker was about Yamal, and he gave his honest opinion, without criticising his younger colleague.

"Given his age, he's always on his phone, it's normal. The current generation is always on their phones. TikTok, Instagram, WhatsApp, music—he's always sending messages on his phone, always with headphones. In the morning, he's always half asleep because I think he goes to bed late. Not because he parties every day, but because spending so much time on his phone means we go to bed late, and sometimes I go to bed late too because I also spend time on my phone.He's not grumpy, he's quiet, he doesn't talk much for the first hour" said Raphinha.

The Barca winger also revealed that Yamal is sometimes late for training, but Raphinha put himself in that category too. But he also reveals that the youngster likes to party.

"When there's a team party, he's the one who has the most fun. He represents the team. And as far as organizing it goes, he's very good at it. Who doesn't like to party at his age? I can't say much about that. He lives life to the fullest, he likes to enjoy himself. When there's a party or something the team does, he's the one who has the most fun; he knows how to organize it. He has a good teacher. Who? I don't know," he revealed.

Raphinha also revealed his teammate’s latest obsession – hair.

"Lately, I'd say he's much more obsessed with his hair than before. He spends hours before matches, before training, doing his hair” said the Brazilian with a smile.
