If they beat Anderlecht away, West Ham will basically secure the spot in the knockout stage of the UEFA Europa Conference League

The youngest European competition, UEFA Europa Conference League, is gaining lots of compliments for providing many of those mid-level clubs a chance to fight for the continental trophy.

Just look at AS Roma, winning their first-ever major European silverware a few months ago. Now, the doors are opened for some other sides across Europe, especially for those coming from the Top 5 leagues (EPL, Bundesliga, Ligue 1, Serie A, LaLiga). One of them is definitely West Ham United, who are looking for their massive global recognition through this third-best competition behind the Europa League and the Champions League.

So far, they've been doing fine in the group stage, winning both opening games, but now the real challenge stands in front of them. David Moyes' squad is facing Belgium greats Anderlecht in a fixture that could decide who of the two will win Group B.
