Mino Raiola confirmed that Dortmund again confirmed they don't wanna sell the player

The „Haaland European tour 2021“ has ended. Due to Corona virus pandemic, the tour was a short one (Barcelona, Spain, London), but talks with Barca, Real Madrid, Manchester City, Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool were held. Demands are already known: 150 million euros, plus commisson for the agent Mino Raiola and Haaland’s father Alfie and 1 million euros weekly wage for the player.

So far, there has been no movement, apart from from the stunning looks of the clubs members when Raiola laid out his terms. Due to financial implications created by Covid-19 pandemic, clubs would prefer to wait another year and buy the player „on the cheap“. But, anything can happen within a year, and the lower price in 2022 could lure other clubs as well.

So, Raiola’s bait is the logical one: pay higher now, but avoid the competition. And after the tour ended, the super agent went to Dortmund and spoke of the tour with the Borussia officials.

"I can confirm that I was in Dortmund for talks. Michael Zorc made it clear to us that BVB does not want to sell Erling this summer. I respect this opinion, but that does not automatically means that I agree with it. BVB were very clear in their views. We are okay with that. There is no war between us and BVB - absolutely not! The relationship with Zorc, Aki ( Hans-Joachim Watzke) and Kehl is still good" said Raiola to Sport 1.

So, nothing changed for the Millionaires. They have an upper hand (in 2021), they created the price of 150 million, but still hold on to their original story: we are planning with Erland in 2021.

"I like to stick to what the contractual basis looks like and how the direct discussions were held last week. We have very clear plans to go into the new season with Erling" sports director Michael Zorc repeated.

And soon to be ex sports director (Sebastian Kehl will replace him) is right: Haaland is tied up until 2024, and in 2022, and exit clause will be 75 millon euros, which is a decent ammount for a player like this. 150 million isn’t. So far, only Manchester City, Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid could afford such a sum. Plus a million euros monthly wage for the player. Plus signing bonus for Raiola and Alfie, said to be 20 million each.

"There is a lot of nonsense written about me. But I don't care. I will never talk about talks or negotiations in the media. I only talk about that with my players, their families and the respective clubs" denies Raiola.

So, either is somebody gonna move and agree to the conditions, or Haaland will get a pay rise and stay for another season.
