K'Ogalo are sharpening up for imminent league start.
Kenyan Premier League giants Gor Mahia are planning to tour western Kenya with a friendly against Wazito FC at Muhoroni Stadium, Muhoroni over the weekend on the cards.
Like most KPL clubs, K'Ogalo have been keeping themselves engaged with a series of warm-up games as the uncertain wait for the new 2022-23 football season kick-off bites.
"I'm aware of the upcoming friendly in Muhoroni, I was informed over the weekend, and we're just waiting for finer details before we proceed," Gor Mahia coach Johnathan McKinstry told Mozzart Sport.

Despite being Nairobi-based, Gor Mahia enjoys near manic support in Western Kenya, especially in the former Luo Nyanza region, where it got its name from. The match is expected to give the locals a good treat, which they have missed since last season.
In their latest friendly match, K'Ogalo hammered Kenya Navy FC 4-0. Wazito FC on the other hand participated in a tournament in Mumias last weekend which had among others Kakamega Homeboyz.

The start of the new season is still doubtful as Kenya remains under FIFA suspension over government interference. There are, however, efforts led by the KPL clubs Chief Executive Officers, CEOs to see it kick-off by November 12.
