The club boss revealed that some players will leave while new faces will be brought in as K'Ogalo prepares for both domestic and continental assignments.
Speaking on the club's ongoing transfer plans, Rachier insisted that all recruitment and player departures will be guided by the technical bench's recommendations.
"We will only act upon the advice of the technical bench," Rachier said. "The exercise is important not to exclude so many but to strengthen the capacity of the playing unit and also the technical staff."
The 22-time FKF Premier League champions have been heavily linked with several players in recent weeks as head coach Charles Akonnor looks to galvanise his squad ahead of the 2026/27 season and Gor Mahia's return to the CAF Champions League.
Among the players reported to be on K'Ogalo's radar are AFC Leopards goalkeeper Humphrey Katasi and KCCA FC midfielder Bright Anukani from Uganda.
At the same time, the club is expected to part ways with a handful of players, with reigning FKF Premier League MVP Enock Morrison having already completed his move to Sudanese giants Al Merrikh.
Ghanaian striker Ebenezer Assifuah and Cameroonian forward Patrick Essombe have also been linked with exits from the record league champions.
Rachier's remarks come just days after Gor Mahia Secretary General Nicanor Arum sought to calm growing speculation surrounding the club's transfer business, stressing that no player had been officially signed or released.
In a statement issued by the club, Arum acknowledged that Gor had engaged several players as part of its recruitment planning but maintained that no deals had been concluded.
Despite the caution from the club, speculation surrounding Gor Mahia's transfer activity continues to gather momentum.
The goalkeeping department is among the areas expected to be strengthened, with Katasi reportedly having agreed in principle to join the club once his contract with AFC Leopards expires.
National Super League (NSL) Golden Glove winner Michael Onyango of Equity Bank FC has also been strongly linked with a move to K'Ogalo.
In midfield, Nairobi United playmaker Enock Machaka is understood to be a priority target, with Gor Mahia reportedly ahead of AFC Leopards and Kenya Police FC in the race for his signature.
The club is equally keen to bolster its attacking options, with Ulinzi Stars striker Paul Okoth, who finished second in last season's FKF Premier League Golden Boot race, reported to have held advanced talks with the club.
Young forward Duncan Omala has also emerged as a transfer target, although Gor Mahia are expected to face competition from clubs outside Kenya for his signature.
