The 2-0 and 5-0 wins over Muhoroni Youth and Sofapaka saw them rise to sixth with 18 points, four behind log leaders Posta Rangers.
Their bid to make it three in as many matches will be put to check by the wounded soldiers, who lost their two last matches against Bidco United and Kenya Police.
Ahead of the game, coach Patrick Odhiambo anticipates a tough afternoon in Lang'ata due to a number of factors, including the caliber of players they will come up against.
Odhiambo admitted that Ulinzi have quality arsenals capable of shooting anyone down in the league, and called on his players to brace themselves up for a grueling battle.
"We are preparing for a clash against one of the difficult teams in the league. They have excellent players and we will be playing at their stadium as well. We respect them but are ready to take them on," said the Mozzart Bet Cup winning tactician.
Additionally, Odhiambo stated that Ulinzi are under the tutelage of one of the fast-rising coaches in Anthony Kimani, whom he praised for the steps he has made since venturing into the trade.
The former Sony Sugar coach said Kimani, who is his junior in coaching, had demonstrated top-of-the drawer man management skills and had the potential to get the best out of his players.
"They are also coached by a top professional," praised Odhiambo.
Homeboyz lost 1-0 to Ulinzi in the first leg of last season and recorded a 1-1 draw in the return leg.
