Ahead of today's matches, Kenya Police are at the summit of the league table with 20 points, one more than Gor Mahia, Kakamega Homeboyz and Posta Rangers as the title race continues to shape up.

At the other end of the table, Kariobangi Sharks are still rooted at the bottom of the log with eight points and are joined in the relegation zone by Murang'a Seal and Sofapaka.

The spotlight will be at the KPA Sports Club, Mbaraki where the coastal city of Mombasa side Bandari welcomes Kenyan giants Git Mahia in a flash that begins at 1500 hrs.

Gor Mahia head into the match on the back of back to back losses against APS Bomet and AFC Leopards while Bandari are on a three match-winless streak and sacked coach Mohamed Borji after a series of poor results that saw him win only one of his eight matches in charge.

Kakamega Homeboyz vs Shabana

Mozzart Bet-powered Kakamega Homeboyz will be up against Shabana FC at the Bukhungu Stadium from 1500 hrs.

The Kakamega-based side drew against KCB in their last match and have won only one of their last four matches, making today's match a must win for them.

Homeboyz are currently third on the log standings with 19 points and are targeting a win that could take them to the top of the table, depending on the result from Gor Mahia’s match.

Shabana on the other hand are fifth in the 18-team table with as many points and are on-firm, having won their last two matches. The Glamour boys will be keen to make it three in a row as they continue with their push for the league title.

APS Bonet vs Posta Rangers.

APS Bomet’s resurgence journey will be put to test by high flying Posta Rangers in a clash scheduled for 1500 hrs at the Kericho Green Stadium.

Courtesy of their sponsorship by leading gaming firm Mozzart Bet, the law enforcers have had a good run, earning seven points from their last three matches that has gotten them out of the relegation zone.

The law enforcers will face a Posta side that is also on-form having secured back to back wins against Bidco United and Nairobi United.

A win for APS would move them up to ninth while Posta could potentially take to the summit of the league table.

Nairobi United vs Murang’a Seal

Nairobi United will be keen to end their four-match winless streak, two in the league when they welcome Murang'a Seal at the Kasarani Annex from 1600 hrs.

Both teams are out of form with Naibois sitting at 13th on the log with 12 points while Seal continue with their fight against relegation.

Nicholas Muyoti is now a man under pressure to deliver results for Naibois as rumors of sacking looms while Seal must end their four-match draw pattern and win if they are to secure a fourth season in the top flight.

Bidco United vs Mathare United.

Thika-based side Bidco United will lock horns with Mathare United in a match set for 1500 hrs at the Moi International Sports Center, Kasarani.

Despite a good start to the season, Bidco head into the match with a poor run having not secured a win in their last seven matches including three consecutive losses that leaves them 12th on the log with 13 points.

It is even more concerning for coach Anthony Akhulia that in the seven matches, his team has scored only in one match, a true testament to their blunt attack.

Mathare on the other hand have had mixed results in the last four matches; winning two and losing as many including their last match, away to Mara Sugar.
