Gor Mahia dominated the Premier League team of the month for November having made a fine run under Jonathan McKinstry, with two Posta Rangers players making the cut. KCB and Kakamega Homeboyz all have two representatives each in the XI, while AFC Leopards and Tusker round off the side.
Kevin Omondi (Gor Mahia)
A modern-day goalkeeper who possesses excellent ball distribution and ball-gathering skills.
Omondi has settled in quickly at the Green Army and took the number 1 role from the experienced Gad Mathew.
Gor have endured an indifferent month, picking up eight points from four games, and they largely have Kevin Omondi to thank for ensuring they shipped no goal in November.
He has shown maturity in commanding his territory and it had him keep four clean sheets in November, the netminder has not conceded a goal since September.
Rooney Onyango (Gor Mahia)
A key player for the defending champions both offensively and defensively. He's equally good going forward as he chipped in with goal scoring chance from the flanks. He also excelled defensively with his precision in tackling, interceptions, and recoveries.
Onyango is good in defending 1v1 situations, inverting, and crossing, however, his final product for the team is wanting and highlights the key area to be worked on.
He capped up his impressive month with a maiden goal in Harambee Stars colors.
Brian Eshihanda (Kakamega Homeboyz)
Not a tough choice here, a traditional defender that accomplished almost all aspects of a complete defender by his shot-blocking technique, intercepting passes, contesting headers marking forwards discouraging the opposing teams from passing to them and it worked as he led the Mozzart Bet sponsored club to three win and a draw in the month of November.
Despite anchoring Homeboyz to an invisible moth, Eshihanda kept three clean sheets and registered three goals to his name.
Hannif Wesonga (KCB)
His small body physique could have anyone ruling him out before he storms the field and displays what he has.
His solidity at the back and ability to block shots and join in attacks at some moments is what made me include him in the team of the month.
Wesonga is arguably one of the best ball-playing centers-backs in the league. His vision, passing accuracy, and precision when tackling and joining in attacks come second to none.
Wesonga led KCB to two wins, a stalemate, and a defeat, also keeping two clean sheets along the run. The defender has four goals to his name this campaign and got a national team call-up in the month of November.
David Owino (Kenya Police)
He has had an outstanding month featuring as a hybrid left wing-back for Police and occasionally excelling as a central midfielder whenever called upon. Owino has given Police Stability in the game from his mature ball controls and reading of the game.
Owino was instrumental in the law enforcers' defense joining in attacks and winning one-on-one situations to keep them in play. His pace was an added advantage, as he joined the attacks and quickly retracted to aid in defending.
Musa Oundo (AFC Leopards)
Most Outstanding Player at the struggling Leopards, Oundo leaves everything on the pitch and fights for the badge.
His ball distribution and how he turns opponents in attacks is second to none in the league.
Brian Musa (Posta Rangers)
The key to everything good happening at Posta Rangers, he dictates the play from the middle of the park.
Musa is known for his trademark penetration passes that unlock any defense line making it easy for the attackers to prey on defenders. He has played almost all of Posta’s matches this term and capped the month with a goal and two assists to his name.

Brian Otieno (Posta Rangers)
The most in-form player in the FKF Premier League currently. He does not lose possession easily and has an outstanding link between defense and attack.
He strengthened the team in its core and was constantly in a position to receive and pass the ball to initiate attacks, Otieno completed the month with two goals against AFC Leopards and Shabana FC.
Austin Odhiambo (Gor Mahia)
Gor got themselves a creative gem in Odhiambo. His maturity and quality on the ball made him an important part of Gor's team last month. His creativity impressed the thousands of fans who thronged stadia to watch K’Ogallo matches.
He was directly involved in two goals in November, as he provided a pair of assists to sink Muhoroni and end the 20 times Kenya Premier League champions' run of two games without a win
Michael Odour (Tusker)
The only Tusker player to make it to the team of the month. Odour plays as a wing and at the same time inverts something that has made him an important member of Robert Matano's team.
Tusker have been using his side mostly when attacking and from a close look, he is the creative player on the team currently.
Benson Omalla (Gor Mahia)
His numbers speak loudly of his goal-scoring instincts. Scoring 8 goals in 12 matches is not an ordinary achievement, it will be right to say he picked from where he left last season.

He has been the most consistent striker in the league in recent years.
He must be a happy man after getting a call to the National Team and scoring a few minutes after his introduction. Omalla is the key to Gor Mahia's goals and on a bad day he struggles in front of the goal, Chuor Timbe has also found it difficult to break the opponents.
