The Romania-based winger is in Kenya's provisional squad for the World Cup Qualifiers against Gabon and Seychelles
Harambee Stars coach Engin Firat has expressed his joy following the return of experienced winger Eric Johana to the national team set up.
The former Mathare United winger recently joined Romainan side Uta Arad and the coach says his return to the National team is a timely boost ahead of the World Cup Qualifiers.
The coach says Johana's quality as a winger is a plus for Harambee Stars.
"It is very difficult to play as a winger in the Kenyan league because mostly teams play long balls all through," Firat stated,
"Eric Johana's quality though is unquestionable and we are happy to have him back. He was clubless for a while but now that's he's back playing regularly in Romania, we had to bring him back."
Harambee Stars travels to Gabon on Wednesday ahead of their World Cup Qualifier on Thursday evening. They will then travel to Ivory Coast to face Seychelles on 20th November.
