People often say that one should take small steps towards success because only one step at the time can prevent you from suffering a painful fall. When Antony moved from Ajax to Man United in August 2022 in a transfer worth €95 million, he might have made too big of a step and ultimately ended up "hitting the bottom".
The "relationship" between United and the Brazilian brought nothing good to either side, so his move to Betis on loan was an attempt to revive his career and move upward again. And it worked! Antony hinted at his glorious Amsterdam days, noting three goals and an assist in six appearances with the La Liga side.

His terrific performances were not overlooked. Moreover, according to Tuttomercatoweb, he caught the eye of none other than the Serie A giants, Juventus! The Bianconeri are reportedly monitoring the 25-year-old's progress in Spain, willing to sign him next June if his phoenix-like rise continues.
On the other hand, considering their financial struggles, United would undoubtedly fancy getting rid of one of their biggest flops, but the Red Devils cannot expect to profit from the transfer. Still, it would mean they have one salary less to pay, so Antony's eventual move to Turin could be a win-win situation.
