Ismael Dunga is a step closer to making his debut for Sagan Tosu after being unveiled.
The Kenyan contingent is growing in Japan after Sagan Tosu on Thursday 15 April unveiled former KF Tirana forward Ismael Dunga.
Dunga travelled to Japan on Monday 29 March from Kenya where he had been training to keep fit ahead of the new Japanese season.
The forward spent two weeks in the J Bubble as per the Japanese requirements for all travelers to be quarantined before interacting with the public.
The 28-year-old however signed for the Japanese outfit back in January after impressing during his spell with Albanian side KF Vllaznia.
The unveiling comes days after Kenyan international Ayub Timbe was presented before thousands of Vissel Kobe fans on Sunday in their clash against Shimizu S-Pulse.

“We are pleased to announce Ismael Dunga from FK Vllaznia [Albania] has decided to join Sagan Tosu as a full transfer,” read a statement from the club after his signing.
Dunga was delighted to have put pen to paper and assured the fans of getting his best during his spell in Japan.
“I am happy to be in the family of Sagan Tosu. I would like to work as a team with you and do my best. Thank you,” said the forward back in January.
The lanky forward has won the Albanian Premier League 2019-2020 season title with KF Tirana after joining the club in mid-2019 from another Albanian side Luftetari.
The forward has turned out for a number of clubs in the country including Congo United, Sony Sugar, Nakumatt FC and Tusker FC.
The moves comes after Michael Olunga flew the Kenyan flag high in Japan after emerging as the top scorer and also won the Japanese Most Valuable Player (MVP).
