Jadon Sancho scored two and Marco Reus one goal for the Millionaires
Borussia Dortmund is keeping the Champions League dream alive. The Millionaires secured a last minute win in a thriller with Leipzig, climbed up to the Champions League spot and officially made Bayern champions of the Bundesliga with this win: Dortmund – Leipzig 3-2.
The Bundesliga again provided a great and thrilling match with plenty of goals, chances and pace and Edin Terzic’s men managed to win at the end, and the victory is sweater because they managed to do it without Erling Haaland, who was injured. After the Norwegian was forced to miss the game, Jadon Sancho took over and scored two goals to lift his team to victory. Julian Nagelsmann continued his loosing streak with Dortmund, as the new Bayern coach has won just one of his 11 Bundesliga meetings with Dortmund.

Nagelsmann made a few chances for Lepzig and left a couple of starters on the bench, so Hwang Hee-Chan started up front and Benjamin Henrichs made a rare start at right-wing-back. Christopher Nkunku and Tyler Adams were among the absentees.
Borussia had all to play for, so the Millionairs attacked the best defense in the Bundesliga from the start and scored after only seven minutes. Captain Reus had a great solo effort from the right wing after a wonderful pass from Hazard and scored the winning goal. The first half totally belonged to the Millionaires, but the second goal came six minutes into the second half. Guerreiro rolled the ball to his left for Sancho, who shifted inside onto his right foot an curled low into the far corner.
A former Dortmund supporter Lukas Klostermann finally managed to secore a goal for Leipzig, and then Nagelsmann’s men made things spicey for Dortmund with an equalizer. Haidara opened up the Dortmund defense with a superb ball into the channel for Hwang. He pulled it back for Olmo to fire past Burki from six yards.
Haaland was shaking his head in disbelief after the second Leipzig goal, but the Millionaires were not to be denied in this game. Sancho left if late, but his winner was much sweater because of that and the players knew how to celebrate the victory with brings them (at least for a couple of hours) into the Champons League spot.
