City Stars defender eyes maximum points against Homeboyz

City Stars will play Homeboyz tomorrow on Saturday.
Nairobi City Stars defender, Kevin ‘Chumsy’ Okumu says his team will go all out in search of three points against Kakamega Homeboyz on Saturday at Ruaraka Grounds.
City Stars have won their last three games and on Tuesday they showed character by coming from a goal down to win 2-1 late on against Western Stima. Homeboyz on too are on form and have registered four wins in their last five matches.
Simba was Nairobi will be hoping to recover from first leg’s 2-0 defeat at Bukhungu Stadium in Kakamega. Both teams have 26 points after 19 and 18 matches respectively. City Stars with superior-goal difference is eighth on the log while Homeboyz are ninth.

Ahead of the Saturday early kick off, Okumu says they head into the game in search of three vital points although he admitted that they expect a tough match against the Nicholas Muyoti led team at Ruaraka.
“We have targets as a team which we intend to achieve and we have to keep getting positive results. Homeboyz are a good team, they have been in great form in the league and you expect them to fight for three points as well,” he told Mozzart Sport.
“We have prepared well and we are going all out tomorrow. We want to win and to achieve it we have minimize our mistakes and capitalize on any mistakes the opponents make.” he added.
The match will start at 1 PM before paving way for the second match between KCB and Mathare United at the same venue.
