Citizens are usually scared of Wolves, but in the Premier League, it goes the other way around

The last time they met at Molineux, Pep Guardiola's squad trashed them 5-1. And it was before sensational Erling Haaland arrived in the city of Manchester to make their already impeccable side even more exquisite and ruthless.

So, what should Wolverhampton Wanderers expect from their Saturday matinee, in which the Wolves are facing the Citizens? Probably not much. Two things are almost for sure - tensions will be running high, and City will probably celebrate a comfortable victory.

Haaland's goal reminds Pep of Ibrahimovic and Cruyff

Manuel Akanji is expected to make his Premier League debut for the visitors, as Aymeric Laporte is sidelined due to an injury, while Kyle Walker's appearance is doubtful, too. Besides those two, the Spanish tactician can count on all of his regulars and will attack the hosts with a mouthwatering offensive axis comprised of Foden, Haaland and Bernardo Silva.

On the other end, we're hoping to see Diego Costa's maiden game for Wolverhampton, as the veteran striker recently joined them following a horrible ACL injury of their prime striker Sasa Kalajdzic. The 33-year-old former Chelsea forward will serve as a massive reinforcement for the Wolves, and the fixtures like this one - against almost unbeatable Man City - could be just the inspiration he needs to recreate some of his old magic.
