Cesc Fabregas is back at Arsenal

Former Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas has returned to his former side to help his former teammate Jack Wilshere out with training the U-18 squad.

Academy coach Wilshere took to social media in January to reveal how he was "learning from the best" as he picked the Spaniard's brain over his knowledge of the beautiful game.

Fabregas has once again headed to the Gunners' training ground to work with the club's current crop of Hale End starlets.

Taking to his Instagram story, Wilshere uploaded a snap of the pair in Arsenal tracksuits on the football pitch.

Wilshere simply captioned the picture with a football and brain emoji, with Fabregas sharing the image on his Instagram account with a love heart emoji.

Unlike the ex-West Ham midfielder, Fabregas is yet to retire as he plays for Italy's Serie B side Como.

But it has been claimed that his playing career is coming to an end as he lines up a move into coaching.

It has been said Fabregas has a glowing reference from Gunners manager Mikel Arteta, who he has been closely studying during his visits to London Colney.
