The Saturday afternoon clash comes after Naibois left it late to secure a 2-2 draw in the away fixture that was played on Saturday 20 September at the Hamz Nakivubo Stadium.
With two away goals in the bag, Naibois will be keen to take full advantage of playing at home to book a place in the second round and hopefully proceed to the group stage.
With both teams now aware of each other and off with their continental debut, they will go all out to make it better by securing victory over each other.

For Muyoti, he explained the kind of match expected, his opponents' strength, and drew confidence from his team's preparations.
“We are expecting a tough match. They are very physical and most of the time muscled out my players but I am counting on the home advantage to help us get over the line.
My players already know the game, and I am hoping we will be able to convert our chances and defend well,” Muyoti told the club’s media.
The former Kakamega Homeboyz coach, who did not sit in the technical area for lack of a CAF A licence, also took time to issue a rallying call to the club’s faithful.
“I urge the fans to come out in large numbers and support the boys, irrespective of the results because they have really done well to reach this stage.”
On his part, Brian Ogutu rejoiced in their first leg victory, and stated that they have prepared to counter NEC’s strengths as observed in the first leg.
“We are happy for ourselves. Getting two away goals and a draw was not easy and we are now targeting a win in the second leg.
We noticed that they are strong on set pieces and we have worked on that in training throughout the week and are now ready for the match,” he stated.
The winner of the tie will proceed to the second round where they will meet the winner of the tie between South Sudan's Madani and Tunisian side Etoile Sahel, which is home to Harambee Stars defender Alphonce Omija.
