
Blackberry, Namanda among 11 dropped by Tusker

After their spree signings , FKF Premier League giants, Tusker FC have now parted ways with 11 players with a couple more expected to leave in the coming days as coach Robert Matano begins to wield the axe
The team has been on a recruitment spree to beef up the team ahead of next season campaign where they will be seeking to defend their league title and take part in the CAF Champions League.
Leading the departees is Luke Namanda who has been key to the team's success this season. The former Nzoia Sugar and Kakamega Homeboyz man chipped with several goals and assists.

2010 MVP George Odhiambo and his 2018 counterpart Michael Madoya have also been been released by the league champions. Following them out are strikers Crispinus Onyango and Chris Ochieng.
Former AFC Leopards winger Brian Marita and former Chemelil midfielder Faraj Ominde have also been shown the door.
At the back goalkeeper Robert Mboya, defenders Robert Aloro, Sammy Meja and Eric Ambunya have been axed.
Among the new faces in the team are Patrick Matasi, Brian Bwire, Daniel Sakari, Charles Momanyi, Clyde Senaji, Kalos Kirenge, Joshua Ibrahim, Deogratius Ojok, Teddy Osok, Shami Kibwana and John Njuguna.
Most of the new signings were in action as The Brewers lost to Harambee Stars 1-0 in a friendly match played at the Kasarani Annex.
