Kenyans abroad endured a tough Wednesday as neither of them who played picked up a win.
Wednesday proved a tricky outing for Kenyans plying their trade abroad with none of those who featured bagged maximum points with the Zambian contingent all suffering defeats.
Johanna Omolo - Turkey
Kenyan international Johanna Omolo clocked 55 minutes for Erzurumspor in the 2-2 draw against Fatih in the Turkish Super League.
The draw put a halt to the two-match losing streak and takes them level on points with stuttering İstanbul Başakşehir who are one slot above relegation places after largely underwhelming this season.
Mesut Bakkal opted to take off Omolo as a precautionary measure after the former Cercle Brugge midfielder picked up a yellow card in the 49th minute.
Aatif Chahechouhe and Osman Çelik scored in either half for Erzurumspor while Artur Sobiech and Lucas Castro were on the score sheet for Fatih.

Abud Omar - Greece
Kenyan left-back Abud Omar completed full minutes in the Greek Super League 2 for Ionikos in the 2-3 defeat over Ergotelis in the feisty Elias Tselios Derby.
The defender seemed to have shrugged off a niggly thigh injury that kept him out for two games and was handed a starting berth.
Martin Rolle opened the scoring for Ionikos as early as the fourth minute but their lead was cut short eight minutes later when Ilias Tselios pulled Ergotelis level.
Vangelis Platellas restored Ionikos lead in the 51st minute but Tselios scored twice in the second half to complete his hat-trick and ensured Ergotelis walked away with the three points.
Duke Abuya - Zambia
Former Kariobangi Sharks midfielder Duke Abuya featured as Nkana FC fell 2-0 to Kabwe Warriors in the Zambian Super League.
A goal in either half from Prince Mumba and Clement Mundia were enough to compound the reigning champions to their ninth loss of the season after 17 matches and leaves them hovering perilously close to the relegation zone.
Nkana sits 15th, two points off relegation places but have three matches in hand due to their continental assignments that saw them earn a place in the CAF Confederation Cup groups stages.

Kenyan internationals Duncan Otieno and Musa Mohamed started for Lusaka Dynamos in the 0-3 loss to Forest Rangers in the Zambian Super League.
Peter Mwaangani, Quadri Kola and an own goal from Joseph Chewe was enough for Kabwe to leapfrog Dynamos in the log standings.
Lusaka are now six points off log leaders Zanaco after amassing 30 points from 20 league games.
