Simone Inzaghi's team dominates the game for a deserved 3-0 win

Inter Milan have booked a place in the Italian Super Cup final after thumping Lazio 3-0 in the semifinal on Friday night. The Nerazzurri cruised to a much-deserved victory against Maurizio Sarri's side, proving again they're fearless against those big domestic rivals (except for a Serie A draw against Juventus, they've won every other derby this season).

The battle in Riyadh was pretty much one-sided, with the black and Blues getting in front thanks to Marcus Thuram's early opener.

Bastoni went down the left and pulled back for Dimarco, whose stunning back-heel flick set up Thuram to tap in from four yards!

Dimarco was close to doubling the lead soon after, but his fine volley on the far post thumped the crossbar.

The sides went to the locker rooms with 1-0 on the scoreboard, but it was soon 2-0, as Pedro was clumsy and caught Lautaro on the back of the ankle. The penalty was given, and Hakan Calhanoglu just wouldn't miss it from the spot.

Inter hit the woodwork again before Frattesi put the cherry on the top, beating Provedel after an excellent counter-attack near the final whistle.
