After problems with Mazraoui and El Ghazi, BVB took a different approach
Since the conflict between Israel and Palestine began two weeks ago, there are more and more players who are ‘coming out’ with support for the people of Gaza and their humanitarian catastrophe and those are usually players who practice Muslim religion. Football clubs have reacted with suspensions, investigations etc. mainly due to the fact that those players didn’t show the same support for Israel humanitarian victims. But there is a club who works differently.
Daniel Lörcher (anti-discrimination officer of Borussia Dortmund) says that the repost of Ramy Bensebaini, where the player is seen wearing a Palestine scarf is not a problem:

Ramy Bensebaini went to the Algeria national team gathering and took a photo with Algerian flag and Palestinian scarf and posted it on Instagram. The message was clear to all, but Borussia Dortmund didn’t made any fuss about it, on the contrary.
"His homeland has close ties to the Palestinian territories. With the scarves, the national team expressed its lament for the victims among the civilian population in Gaza, many of whom are children. Ramy assured us in a personal conversation that he shows solidarity exclusively with the Palestinian civilian population. It’s important to emphasize that solidarity with Palestine is different than calling for hatred and violence against Israel or anti-Semitism” explained BVB's anti-discrimination officer, Daniel Lörcher.
BVB is always aware of the issues of this kind, so anti-discrimination officer is always aware and checking. In fact, they are in contact with Yad Vashem Holocaust memorial for years, and they always check potential anti-Semitic issues with them and according to Lörcher, Bensebaini’s post were in order. Unlike Borussia, other clubs had ‘interesting’ decisions regarding their players who supported Palestinians.
Bayern Munich on Friday said defender Noussair Mazraoui would not be suspended, after a probe into the Moroccan player over his social media posts on the Israel-Hamas conflict. In the wake of the deadly attack on Israel by Hamas gunmen, Mazraoui had put up several pro-Palestinian posts, including one that called for "victory" for "our oppressed brothers in Palestine". The messages, which have since been deleted, were posted after Hamas militants stormed into Israel from the Gaza Strip on October 7, and killed at least 1,400 people, mostly civilians who were shot, mutilated or burnt to death on the first day of the raid, according to Israeli officials. Bayern's opponents on Saturday, Mainz on Tuesday suspended player Anwar El Ghazi indefinitely for "unacceptable" social media posts on the conflict. On Thursday, Mainz coach Bo Svensson said the decision was "correct" despite being "not optimal from a sporting perspective".
