German politicians want Mazraoui out of Bayern

It's all because the conflict in Israel
Politics has no place in sports, they tell us all the time, but it's not exactly the truth. It's just that we mostly didn't hear about it in the examples of German clubs where it's mostly clear who does what. Until the Israel-Palestine war started. And until it spilled over into Bayern's dressing room. In it, among others, the Israeli Daniel Peretz...
Noussair Mazraoui explained his point of view once again today to @dpa: "The point is that I strive for peace and justice in this world. This means that I will always be against all kinds of terrorism, hatred and violence."

"My heart is with all people. Stay strong and take care. We will overcome this too" he wrote.
But in the same dressing room is Moroccan international Noussair Mazraoui, an Arab.
"And you don't think that Allah does not watch what the unjust do! He only lets them go until the Day when their eyes will remain open" he wrote.
And of course, Mazraoui had to justify himself, because in Germany the public is mostly on the side of Israel.
“First of all I would like to say that it is really disappointing that I have to explain what I stand for. There is a situation out there where thousands of innocent people are being murdered. My position is that I will work for peace and justice in this world. This means that I will always be against all kinds of terrorism, hatred and violence. And that’s something I will always stand behind. That's why I don't understand why people think the opposite about me and why I'm associated with hateful groups. Today is not about what I think or what you think, innocent people are being killed every day by this terrible conflict that has gotten out of hand. We all need to be against it and speak out against it. This is just inhumane. Finally, I would like to make it clear that it was never my intention to offend or hurt anyone, consciously or unconsciously”

However, what Mazraoui did not do was not to mention Hamas, but only equated the Israeli reaction with the first attack from Palestine, and that is not enough in Germany. Thus, Johannes Steiniger, member of the Bundestag representing the CDU party, reminded that the longest-serving president in the history of Bayern was Kurt Landauer, who probably would have held that position even longer if he had not had to flee from the Nazis as a Jew. Because…
"Dear Bayern: throw him out now. Moreover, let the state use all possibilities to expel him from Germany", wrote Landauer on the social network "X".
His party colleague Christoph Ploss has a similar attitude.
"I hope that Bayern has drawn conclusions. There is no place in Germany for those who justify Hamas's horrific terrorist attacks on Israel" he wrote. Reality says that this is not entirely true either, it is enough just to see the protests on the streets of German cities. Unfortunately, in situations like this, people from all sides often speak hot-headed. Sometimes they even act like that, and that's the worst of all.
