Bellingham struck late to save pale Madrid at Rafa Benitez's Celta

The Royals were far from excellent, missing a penalty in the second half. The mesmerizing Englishman nails a header near the end worth three points

Two coaches.

Two legends.

Two tactical masterminds.

Two former Chelsea and Napoli bosses.

Former and current Real Madrid tacticians.

Well, on Friday night, those two greats, Rafa Benitez and Carlo Ancelotti, collided in the fierce La Liga battle between Rafa's Celta and Carletto's Royals.

And for the vast part of the match, it seemed like Benitez had found just the right formula to neutralize Madrid's offensive potential. And it is sky high.

However, Vinicius Jr, Bellingham, Rodrygo and the rest of Los Blancos' crew were forced away from Celta's goal as far as possible, lacking chances, let alone goals, until the very late phase of the match.

The visitors even missed an opportunity from the spot, as the home keeper denied Rodrygo's penalty shot in the 68th minute.

Moreover, Celta's legend Iago Aspas found himself in an almost perfect position inside Real Madrid's box only a few minutes later. His effort went inches wide of the target and a sigh of relief could be heard amongst the favourites.

They survived and then, of course, fought back. Joselu redirected one cross to Bellingham, who was fighting for the position on the edge of the six-yard box. Jude found a tiny space sufficient to grab a header and decide the entire tie in spectacular fashion.

What a player, what a story developing in front of our eyes.
