Young Ousmane Diallo impressed the scouts while playing for Alaves 'B'

Bayern's youth recruitment is world-class - and the German club continues to find the stars of tomorrow both home and abroad. The latest gem they found is called Ousmane Diallo - a 15-year-old Senegalese-Spanish winger from Deportivo Alaves.

The Bavarians' scouts were impressed by the boy who currently plays for Alaves' development team in the Segunda Federacion, the fourth tier of football in Spain. Quick, strong and 181 centimetres tall, this kid quickly drew attention from local big clubs like Athletic Club and Real Sociedad, as well as Borussia Dortmund from Germany. But Bayern were the quickest to ensure the transfer.

Diallo will now move to Germany and train at the FCB Academy, which boasts an excellent record in developing young players. Although the agreement has not been made official, sources close to the negotiations claim that Bayern Munich already has the player tied up and that the announcement will soon be made.

Diallo's move to Bayern Munich is an important step in his career. Joining a team of such magnitude and with a history is a major breakthrough for the lad born in 2007 in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

This signing again demonstrates the German club's ambition to remain one of the most potent teams in world football and stay at the forefront of developing emerging talent.
