Jules Kounde will be sidelined due to an injury he picked up in the first leg against the Nerazzurri
Barcelona will have to go through two most vital games of the season - against Inter in the Champions League return leg, and Real Madrid in La Liga - without Jules Kounde.
The French international suffered a hamstring injury in the last night's first-leg draw against the Nerazzurri, 3-3. This will be a major blow for Hansi Flick and his team, as he's expected to be sidelined for three weeks.
The good news for Barcelona is that Kounde could return for a possible Champions League final against Arsenal or Paris Saint-Germain. However, Flick must now decide on a replacement for Kounde, and as per Sport, that will be Eric Garcia.
Barcelona have Hector Fort and Ronald Araujo, who has also played right-back on occasion, while Garcia has predominantly played as a central defender or midfielder this season, but right-back is a position that he knows.
