There are scores to settle for Shabana as they face a Posta Rangers side looking to end their 2026 winless streak
Football Kenya Federation Premier League (FKFPL) returns after a two-week hiatus occasioned by the prestigious Mozzart Bet Cup as the league continues to take shape in match week 20.
There are three matches taking place on Saturday, 14 February, the biggest of them being the clash between Kenyan giants AFC Leopards and Bandari FC.

Shabana FC are also in action against Posta Rangers while Mathare United lock horns with Police FC.
As the league returns, Kenyan giants Gor Mahia are still at the top of the 18-team league table with 40 points, four more than their arch-rivals AFC Leopards in second place.
Mozzart Bet-sponsored Kakamega Homeboyz are third with 31 points courtesy of their 4-1 victory over Bidco United on Friday, 13 February.
On the other end of the table, 2009 champions Sofapaka are bottom with 14 points and are joined in the relegation zone by Bidco United and Kariobangi Sharks with 16 and 17 points respectively.
Bandari vs AFC Leopards
The spotlight will be at the KPA Sports Club, Mbaraki where Bandari FC play host to title-chasing AFC Leopards from 1400 hrs.
Leopards return to league action for the first time in three weeks, their last match being a 1-0 victory over Sofapaka on 25 January.
However, the team was in action in the Mozzart Bet Cup where they were bundled out by little known BB Bread FC.
In effect, the 1998 champions have now shifted their attention to the league as their only chance for a silverware this season.
In the league they have a good run having won their last four matches and will be keen on narrowing the gap between them and Gor Mahia, at least before the latter takes to the pitch on Sunday, 15 February.

Bandari, who have been impressive under Bernard Mwalala, are out to return to winning ways after a controversial 1-0 loss to Shabana.
Posta Rangers vs Shabana
Posta Rangers welcome Shabana FC to a league contest at the Wang’uru Stadium in Mwea from 1600 hrs in what will be the first league match ever to be hosted at the facility.
The venue was necessitated by the closure of the Moi International Sports Center, Kasarani as well as its annexes and the unavailability of Nyayo National Stadium.
Shabana head into the match in fourth with 31 points and will be on a mission to build on their win over Bandari and return to third on the log.

Posta Rangers are enduring a bad run and are yet to win a match in the second leg with their cumulative winless streak now at seven matches.
Coach Collins Korea Omondi is eyeing Shabana's scalp to help reduce the growing pressure on his doorstep.
When the two sides met in the first leg, Posta secured a 2-1 away win courtesy of goals from Brian Marita and Trevor Omondi with Victor Omondi netting Shabana’s consolation.
Mathare United vs Tusker FC
In the other match of the day, 2008 league champions Mathare United lock horns with 12-time league champions Tusker FC at the Police Sacco Stadium from 1600 hrs.
Both teams head into the match, struggling for form, Mathare having won only one of their last five matches while Tusker have won two of their last five and subsequently dropped to eighth on the log with 28 points, leaving their title ambitions in disarray.
The match might be the last for coach Charles Okere with reports from the brewer suggesting that the club has opted for a foreign coach.
Tusker who have traditionally challenged for the title have been inconsistent this season and struggled to string results with Okere’s job always hanging in the balance.
Mathare are keen to capitalize on that pressure and secure a win, having held them to a goalless draw in the first leg.
