Based on the Spaniard's answer, the Gunners are focused solely on themselves

The Premier League title is within touching distance, but the final two steps Arsenal have to take to win it will be anything but easy, as the remaining clashes against Burnley and Crystal Palace present a huge opportunity but also enormous pressure.

To make matters worse for the Gunners, they'll have to deal with those challenges without a natural right-back, as the injured Ben White won't return to the pitch before the end of the season. With Jurrien Timber sidelined since mid-March due to an ankle injury, Mikel Arteta will have to rely on an alternative - Cristhian Mosquera, Riccardo Calafiori, Myles Lewis-Skelly, or even Declan Rice.

However, while the Dutchman is unlikely to be ready to play against the Clarets and the Eagles, he may be fit for the Champions League final against Paris Saint-Germain (May 30), as the Spanish tactician revealed.

"There is a chance."

"But how big that chance is, I cannot tell you. I'm being completely honest. He's going to try to do everything he can to convert that chance as high as possible in the shortest possible period."

"He's progressed a little bit in the last few days. He's feeling better. We're going to try to get him available as quickly as possible. But he's obviously been out now for a while, unfortunately."

"But we need to look at alternatives. The two players that we have there [at right-back] are not available at the moment. We need to look and do something else. The good thing is that we have experienced that all over the pitch this season," Arteta said via ESPN.

Nevertheless, the spectacle against the Parisians is still a long way away. The Premier League challenges come first, while Manchester City keep breathing down Arsenal's neck after defeating Crystal Palace 3-0 last night.

Asked whether he watched the match at the Etihad Stadium, Arteta said no and shifted focus to his own team, instead.

"I feel that we have another opportunity on Monday to be a step closer. And that's the only thing."

"The team is really present, just living the moment, and emotionally in a really good state. The energy level is the right one. Everybody is so enthusiastic and so positive about the way that we can finish the season," he said.

Therefore, the Gunners are focused solely on themselves. Is that the road to the title? We may find out sooner than we think.
