He didn't get to make his debut yet, but he managed to get injured. Again. The second time since he signed for Real Madrid.

Young Arda Guler, 18, is very unlucky - having just returned to training, the talented Turkish midfielder has been dropped from the squad after sustaining another injury on Tuesday. Previously, it was the knee, now the thigh.

"After the tests carried out on our player Arda Guler by Real Madrid Medical Services, he has been diagnosed with an injury to the left rectus femoris muscle. Evolution pending," the club announced on Tuesday.

Even coach Carlo Ancelotti was not aware that Arda was injured. At the press conference held immediately after training, during which he talked about his successor, Ancelotti said that Guler was available and could appear against Las Palmas. However, only an hour later, the above-mentioned club statement was issued.

Guler is expected to be sidelined for at least three weeks.
