APS Bomet-Darajani Gogo clash highlights Saturday NSL action

The FKF National Super League (NSL) returns with four matches lined up for today, Saturday 17 May 2025 across different venues.

League leaders Nairobi United will not be in action today but second placed APS Bomet have a date with Darajani Gogo in the biggest duel of the day.

Naivas will be away to MCF, while Kisumu All Stars hosts MOFA.

Vihiga United face Nzoia Sugar to complete Saturday action.

Ahead of the games, Nairobi United still lead the pack with 62 points, followed by APS Bomet at 55 points, with Naivas at 50 points closing the top three.

On the bottom end of the table, Muhoroni Youth are bottom with 16 points, three less than SS Assad, while Mombasa Stars close the bottom three at 26 points.

Darajani Gogo vs APS Bomet

Darajani Gogo hosts APS Bomet at the Marist International University, Karen from 1500 hrs in what is the biggest highlight of the day.

Gogo are sixth on the log with 47 points, three less than Naivas at the promotion slot places, making them part of the promotion-chasing matrix.

APS Bomet will be angling for a win that will narrow their difference with Naibois, and increase their lead from the promotion pack.

The first leg match between the two sides played on 30 November at the Bomet Stadium ended in a 3-2 victory for APS Bomet.

Mully Children's Family (MCF) vs Naivas

MCF will host Naivas at the Kenyatta Stadium, Machakos from 1100 hrs in what will be the first match of the day.

With Naivas occupying the third position, the match will affect the promotion title, with Naivas keen to increase their grip on promotion.

For MCF, a win will take them to the top half of the table from their current 11th position.

The first leg meeting played on 30 November ended in a 1-0 win for Naivas.

Kisumu All Stars vs MOFA

At the Moi Stadium, Kisumu, Kisumu All Stars will welcome their Nyanza counterparts MOFA from 1500 hrs.

MOFA at seventh with 46 points, and All Stars at eighth with 43 points, all harbour promotion ambitions.

All Stars produced a remarkable comeback in the first leg to down MOFA 3-1.

Vihiga United vs Nzoia Sugar

The lakeside city of Kisumu will also host the match between Vihiga United and Nzoia at the Jomo Kenyatta Stadium, Mamboleo from 1500 hrs.

Vihiga are 12th on the log while Nzoia are 15th, and both will be looking for a win that would move them up the table.

The first leg at Sudi Stadium on 30 November ended in a 2-0 victory for Vihiga United.
