Twenty-four days after a severe car crash, West Ham forward was discharged from hospital and will continue his recovery at home
The 2024 ended, and the 2025 began with fantastic news - Michail Antonio was discharged from hospital 24 days after a terrible car crash he was involved in. The Jamaican suffered numerous fractures and contusions, but his condition has significantly improved lately.
According to doctors' predictions, Antonio certainly won't return to the pitch by the end of the season, and his recovery could even be prolonged for the entire year. Given that his deal with West Ham expires in June, now the Hammers are up as everyone eagerly awaits their decision regarding the eventual contract extension, especially considering that he is the club's best-ever Premier League scorer with 68 goals.
MICHAIL ANTONIO opens up for the first time since his car accident via his Instagram.
