Everton demolished Liam Rosenior’s team 3-0 on their home ground, with goals from two Africans – Beto and Iliman Ndiaye

The nightmare for the Chelsea squad continues. After the disaster against PSG and poor results in the domestic league, the Blues suffered yet another humiliation, this time against Everton, who defeated them 3-0 thanks to the brilliant performance of Beto. Beto recorded two goals and an assist, and the final blow came from Iliman Ndiaye, who further crushed the Londoners’ spirits.

The game started cautiously, with the first shot coming in the 6th minute when Moises Caicedo struck from 25 meters, but his effort was far off target and posed no real threat to Everton’s goal.

Everton grew into the match and started creating chances. In the 14th minute, James Garner tested the Chelsea defense with a shot from the edge of the box, but Malo Gusto got in the way, likely preventing a goal for the hosts.

The breakthrough came in the 33rd minute. Garner played a brilliant pass to Beto, who expertly lobbed Robert Sanchez to score his fifth Premier League goal of the season, giving Everton the lead.

Chelsea had a chance to respond just three minutes later. After a corner, the ball reached Enzo Fernandez, who fired from close range, but Pickford produced a stunning save, showcasing his remarkable reflexes to keep Everton ahead.

The second half saw its first serious chance in the 61st minute when Enzo Fernandez tried to beat Pickford from the edge of the box, but the Everton goalkeeper reacted brilliantly to block the Argentine’s shot.

Just a minute later, Everton took a 2-0 lead! Idrissa Gueye sent a pass on a counterattack to Beto, who managed to score from a difficult position, while Robert Sanchez’s poor reaction allowed the Toffees to take a comfortable lead.

In the 76th minute, Everton extended their lead to 3-0. Ndiaye received a perfect pass from Beto, positioned himself at the edge of the box, and fired a brilliant shot past Sanchez, cementing Everton’s commanding victory.

The visiting team tried to somewhat salvage their performance before the end of the match, but they couldn’t succeed. Everton saw out the game and, in doing so, further complicated the battle for European spots in the league table.
