Following a record-breaking 2025 campaign, the world’s biggest track and field stars will once again battle for glory in the sport’s premier one-day series, which enters its 17th edition next year.
As has been tradition, athletes will accumulate points across 14 meetings in a bid to qualify for the prestigious season finale in Brussels, where they will compete for the coveted Diamond Trophy.
The 2026 season will kick off in Asia, with Doha hosting the opener on 8 May before back-to-back meets in Shanghai and Xiamen.
The tour then heads to Africa, with Rabat staging the continental leg on 31 May, before Europe takes over with Rome hosting the first event of the region.
Fans in Stockholm, Oslo, and Paris will also witness world-class action before the circuit shifts to the United States, where Eugene—home to multiple world records in recent years—will host its leg on 4 July.
The series then returns to Europe for meetings in Monaco and London, with the final stretch taking athletes through Lausanne, Silesia, and Zurich before the grand finale in Brussels on 4-5 September.
With meetings spread across four continents, the Wanda Diamond League continues to live up to its billing as one of the most global competitions in sport.
In 2025, it drew more than 400,000 spectators to iconic venues and reached audiences in 170 countries via live broadcasts.
