A win for Kenya will see them face four other teams in the qualifiers including Samoa.
Kenya Lionesses head coach Felix Oloo has released his squad that is set to take on Colombia in the Rugby World Cup 2021 Repechage qualifier at the Nyayo National Stadium on Wednesday.
Oloo who doubles up as the Top Fry Nakuru head coach has made three changes to the squad at handed South Africa a run for their money in their final test match.
Lionesses registered a spirited performance in the second test as they lost to a narrow 29-22 courtesy of a last gasp try from skipper Lusanda Dumke following a 66-0 drubbing in the reverse fixture.

The three chances include Sinaida Nyachio, Sinaida Aura and Enid Ouma who have been drafted into the starting lineup due to injuries and tactical decisions.
Nyachio is deployed at fullback with Aura featuring in a tactical change on the wing as Ouma starts in the back-row replacing Sheila Chajira who has not recovered in time from an injury sustained in South Africa.
Other tactical tweaks in the squad include Cynthia Camila who is out with an injury will be replaced by Janet Okello, who started the last test at fullback, moves to outside centre, pairing up in midfield with Phila Olando.
Lionesses have pitched camp in a bio-bubble at the Parklands Sports Club with Oloo polishing up on set pieces and rucks as they look to dominate the lineouts and scrums.
