Representing the men’s team will be the duo of Fazal Mohammed and Kazungu Kesi - a partnership that apart from the fact that they exude strength and agility, will be seeking to build on their previous success in the first edition of the games in Cape Verde, 2019.
Then, the team of Fazal Khan and Ibrahim Yego finished third, the former hoping to bring in his wealth of experience to the current side.
"I have dedicated eight years to the sport of tennis, and five years ago, I achieved a remarkable third-place finish in Africa,” Fazal Mohammed told NOC-K Media on Tuesday. “Just three months ago, I emerged victorious at the Kenya Beach Games. Now, we are fully prepared and motivated to aim for the gold medal."
