Action returns to Nyayo from University of Nairobi grounds, for the top tier league.

Kenya Basketball Federation (KBF) enters Round Seven on Saturday, 19 June with four Premier League matches scheduled after a resumption weekend that only saw four top tier league matches played.

University of Nairobi (UoN) Dynamites who last weekend benefitted from two walkovers against no-show Eagle Wings and Storms have a date with Africa Nazarene University (ANU) who blew hot and cold winning against Kenyatta University (K.U) Oryx and registered a loss against Zetech University.

It will be an opportunity for coach Juma Kent, who had a fairytale season in 2019 finishing fourth, to test his new additions to the Dynamites squad. Winnie Chebet, Susan Jepleting, Zulfa Mghoi, Flora Chebii, Rachael Mbugua, Annie Ndambuki and Mary Ojiambo are the new additions to the varsity side.

The second match in the women's league will see holders Equity Hawks, who were not in action last weekend where they were scheduled to play Eagle Wings, take on Storms. Storms had a match against Zetech on Saturday, 12 June where both teams did not show for the match before the walkover against Dynamites in Sunday, 13 June.

In the men's league, Strathmore Blades who won their last weekend's match against K.U Pirates face Embakasi Youth (EMYBA). The varsity's opponent for the day was also scheduled for a match last weekend against Equity which was not played.

Meanwhile, UoN Terror face Nairobi City Thunder in another tough test as the varsity side is coming off a loss to holders Ulinzi Warriors.
