Jose Mourinho has found a solution to replace the wantaway star
AS Roma is in a state of emergency. After their star winger Nicolo Zaniolo asked not to be included in the matchday squad for this weekend's Serie A match at Spezia, Jose Mourinho and his associates have gone into overdrive: Mourinho's press conference ahead of the match has been cancelled, Zaniolo's request was accepted - and the winger has been contacted.
Zaniolo's Hat-trick against Bodo Glimt is one of the reasons AS Roma made it to the Conference League Final and not to mention he also scored the only goal in the Final.

Roma believe Aouar would be the perfect replacement for Zaniolo and are hoping to pick up Lyon talent Houssem Aouar this month, should Zaniolo leave.
The 24-year-old French midfielder has already carried out the first part of his medicals with the Giallorossi and has given his word to the club.
Although his contract expires with Lyon at the end of the season, the club aren’t keen to lose the midfielder this month. Roma must make it a good offer.
