Eagles turn into Lions as many as four Crystal Palace players make it to the final Gareth Southgate's squad. Man City and Arsenal both have three
Manchester City have been a dominant force in the Premier League for years, closely followed by Liverpool and Arsenal. Chelsea has had its ups and downs, but it is also known for some exquisite players, and so is Manchester United.
Yet none of those clubs is the most represented in the England squad for the upcoming EURO 2024. Against all odds and millions invested into their star-studded teams, it's Crystal Palace that deserves this acknowledgement.

The Eagles should be - and they definitely are - proud of their Dean Henderson, Marc Guehi, Adam Wharton, and Eberechi Eze, who have all been called up for the Three Lions' 26-man squad that will represent England in the upcoming continental showpiece.
On the list of the teams that provide the most players for Gareth Southgate's team, they are ahead of Manchester City (Walker, Stones, Foden) and Arsenal (Ramsdale, Rice, Saka), who both have three representatives.

Moreover, it's interesting to see those four Crystal Palace players cover all four positions - goalkeeper (Henderson), defender (Guehi), midfielder (Wharton), and attacker (Eze).
Three of the four Eagles were involved in England's 3-0 win over Bosnia and Herzegovina on Monday night. Guehi made his 10th appearance for the Three Lions, Eze had his first-ever start, and Wharton made his debut off the bench.
The quartet have one friendly game remaining against Iceland today before England's opening game against Serbia on Sunday, June 16.
