He was subjected to so many insults after that penalty miss against Italy, but finally the good people have gotten their say

It’s not easy for a young player to overcome hard times. When it gets tough, it’s nice to know that there are people who’ve got your back. As it usually goes, you get all sorts of people. Bukayo Saka experienced it first-hand after his nation's defeat at Wembley Stadium last month.

There were too many of those who allowed themselves such impudence to send abusive messages and comments to players who dared to miss penalty kicks. The Arsenal youngster was on the receiving end of abuse from frustrated racists who spoiled what was reportedly one of the best tournaments in the Three Lions' history.

Thankfully, not all people are vile. England’s trio of Marcus Rashford, Jadon Sancho and Saka received many heartfelt messages since the dreaded Euro 2020 final defeat – messages from true fans who wouldn’t allow the hatred to take over.

Arsenal gathered all letters and notes of support for their youngster Saka and placed them on a wall as a surprise. Bukayo’s reaction is just priceless.
