Far from the spotlight of mainstream media, the treasure lies. It's hidden for most of the time in those lower niches of the football hierarchy and has its own heroes and villains, mostly unknown to the outside world.

Take Italy for example, where all the attention is focused on Serie A, and those behemoths like AC Milan, Juve, Inter etc.

However, not only the second tier of Italian football can brag about some extraordinary names in the dugouts, but now Serie B proves to be a hotbed of some funny, unique off-the-pitch moments.

Venezia FC defeated Spal 2-1 at home during the weekend, and the man of the match was Finish forward Joel Pohjanpalo.

He made two assists, thus becoming a fan favourite. He was taken off in the second half and got a deserved standing ovation, before grabbing a pint of beer!

In a video circulating on social media, Pohjanapalo was seen standing by the sidelines with a beer in his hands, greeting the supporters and taking pics with them.

You don't see such scenes too often nowadays, do you?
