George Weah's son will play for OM on a season-long loan from Juventus
Weah at Olympique Marseille? Last time it was memorable.
Timothy Weah joined OM on a season-long loan from Juventus. According to reports, the agreement regarding George Weah's son includes: a one-year loan for a fee of €1 million; a mandatory purchase option set at €14.4 million if specific and potential bonuses of €4.1 million, for a possible total of nearly €20 million.
The 25-year-old versatile winger made sure to make his presence at Marseille visible by recreating his father's iconic cover for 'Onze Mondial' magazine. Weah Sr. represented OM during the 2000-01 saason.

Timothy Weah is a versatile player capable of covering right wing and deploying as a right full-back.
He arrived at the Old Turin Lady in 2023 from LOSC Lille but never fully convinced in the Bianconeri shirt despite 78 appearances in all competitions (7 goals and 7 assists). Weah's contract with Juventus runs until 2028, but he'd gladly continue his career in a different league for much longer than just a single season.
