Arsenal played a great game and defeated Manchester United 3-2
This was probably a crucial match for Arsenal's title push. A big game against Manchester United was a perfect opportunity for Mikel Arteta's men to show they are worthy of the first place and to extend their lead to five points over City, and all but excluding the Red Devils as the title contender in the process. And they did it in spectacular fashion, coming from behind and scoring the winner after Martinez provided another setback: Arsenal - Manchester United 3-2.
Arsenal had 63 touches in the Manchester United box in this match.

In a thrilling match full of goals and chances, Gunners were deserved winners even thou they needed 90 minutes to finish off the Red Devils, but it shouldn't have been so nerve-wrecking. They had more chances and were dominant, but lack of concentration from Saka and Odegaard as well as David De Gea's saves allowed United's fans to hope for a draw. They didn't get it due to Edward Nkeitah's form. The young striker came in when Gabiel Jesus was injured an thrived ever since. He scored the equalizer after Rashford scored a thrilling goal to take the lead, and then acted like an old pro in the 90th minute and scored a winner.
United arrived in the capital in great form, having won nine of their last 10 games – the club’s best run since under Sir Alex Ferguson in 2009 – although they did drop points in their most recent outing at Crystal Palace last Wednesday. And they had some short periods of good game today, even scored two goals, but to be completely honest, one was a volley from 20 meters from Rashford (an individual effort) and the second was scored after a Ramsdale – Tomyiasu mix up. Ten Hag failed to setup his team to play a bit better after 2-2 and his men ended up defending all the time, allowing the Gunner to 'camp' outside De Gea's goal. And they paid for ti.
We saw the first chance in the third minute when Partey's shot ended near the post. Manchester United managed to recoup and in the 17th minute in-form Marcus Rashford made a great individual effort and scored a beauty from 20 meters for the lead. But 7 minutes later the Gunners equalized after a great action, when Nketiah sneaked to Wan-Bissaka and turned Xhaka's cross into a goal. Excitement continued in the second half as well when Bukayo Saka nullified Rashford's beauty with even a better goal from 25 meters. But United got back after a mistake by the home team. Tomyiasu, (who came in for White) and Ramsdale didn't have a good communication in the penalty area and it was used by one of the shortest players in the field Lissandro Martinez scored a header for 2-2. Gunners took over the game completely and had two excellent chances through Odegaard and Saka (another great shot), but the score remains the same until Nketiah scored the winner. VAR checked the situation since Zinchenko was offiside prior to the goal, but he was totally away from action so the goal stood.
