His agent revealed the image of the paycheck the Brazilian received from Paris Saint-Germain upon agreeing to a move from Barcelona in 2017
Neymar's move to Paris Saint-Germain is the most expensive football transfer of all time. He moved to PSG from Barcelona in 2017 for €222m. Interestingly, he got all that money via a single payment!
In an interview with Complement d'enquete, his former agent, Wagner Ribeiro, reflected on the historic move and revealed the image of that unique paycheck.
"It was an unforgettable cheque. We even took a photo of it - €220m! There won't be any other transfers of this magnitude. It came from the Qatari bank and was written in Arabic. I didn't understand all of it, but I will never forget the figure. It was almost unreal," he said.

Le PSG a stupéfié l’ancien agent de Neymar, Wagner Ribeiro, avec le transfert du Brésilien à l’été 2017.

Ribeiro added: "Neymar went from a salary of €25m at Barca to €40m at PSG. Nasser spent without counting because he absolutely wanted the title (Champions League). With them, there are no limits: when they want something, they get it."
Alas, they didn't win the UCL title, despite having Neymar, Kylian Mbappe and Lionel Messi in the squad among the others.
The Brazilian forward made 173 appearances for Les Bleus, and scored 118 goals along with 77 assists. During his time at Parc des Princes, he won five Ligue 1 titles, three Coupe de France trophies, and two League Cups.
