The Saints hope for the end of the adaptation period of one of the most promising strikers in Europe
Goncalo Ramos showed last season that he is one of the most promising goal-scorers on the planet by playing for Benfica, as well as for the Portuguese national team. For this reason, Paris Saint-Germain brought him on loan this summer with an option to buy him for 65,000,000 fixed and another 15,000,000 euros in bonuses. The Parisians acted on that right today, and boasted that the Portuguese had signed a contract until 2028.
For now, Ramos does not justify the money invested in him, that is, allocated. During the loan, 20,000,000 euros went to Benfica's account, the rest will be paid to the Portuguese giant next summer. However, the 22-year-old goalscorer has only scored two goals in his first 15 appearances for the Parisians, both in a 4-0 win over Marseille in the sixth round of Ligue 1.

However, in the City of Light, they expect a lot from the boy who has been a member of Benfica since the age of 12. The previous season as a member of the Eagles in the Primeira and the Champions League, he scored 22 goals and set up 10 more. We also remember that monstrous performance against Switzerland at the World Cup in Qatar when he played instead of Cristiano Ronaldo and scored a masterful hat-trick.
When Ramos came to the club, the famous striker of Paris and his compatriot Pedro Pauleta addressed him with the words: "I am Pedro Pauleta. I played for Paris Saint-Germain for five years and scored 109 goals. Now it's your turn to write the history of Paris Saint-Germain. Welcome to the club".
Right now, Ramos isn't hinting at Pauleta's range, but he has time. The adaptation period seems to be still going on.
