The towering striker has now netted four goals in three matches during the club’s Spanish training camp and appears primed to carry his red-hot form into the new season, which kicks off in a fortnight.
Al Arabi will hope to defend their league title when the 2025 campaign begins.
Waseed Qadari opened the scoring for Al Arabi before Olunga found the back of the net.
Olunga later turned provider for Salem Reda, who completed the emphatic win.
The result ensured Al Arabi concluded their pre-season tour of Spain unbeaten.
“Wrapping up the preseason in style. 3-0. One goal, one assist. Happy to be on the score sheet,” Olunga posted on social media after the match.
In Poland, Kenyan midfielder Timothy Ouma made a second-half appearance as his club Lech Poznań edged Górnik Zabrze 2-1 in their opening league fixture.
Ouma came on in the 72nd minute, replacing Antoni Kozubal.
Goals from Leo Bengtsson (60') and Mikael Ishak (80') gave the home side a 2-0 lead. Although Ousmane Sow pulled one back for Górnik, it proved only a consolation as Lech held on for the three points.
In England, Harambee Stars prospects Vincent Harper and Clarke Oduor were not included in the matchday squads as their respective clubs began their domestic campaigns on a winning note.
Harper’s Walsall beat Swindon Town 2-1 in a dramatic League Two opener despite playing over 70 minutes with ten men. Meanwhile, Oduor’s Doncaster Rovers edged Wycombe Wanderers by the same scoreline in League One action.
Elsewhere in Japan, Harambee Stars vice-captain Joseph Okumu played the full 90 minutes for French side Stade de Reims, who defeated Gamba Osaka 2-1 in a friendly encounter.
Goals from Teddy Teuma and Zabia gave Reims the win, while Deniz Hummet netted the lone goal for the Japanese hosts.
