Rigobert Song has plenty of reasons to worry ahead of the upcoming World Cup, as his side struggles on the Asian tour.
That tantalising 2-0 defeat to Uzbekistan - a tiny ex-USSR state that is as far from top-notch football as possible - probably affected the team deeply. After such a shock, it's no surprise the Indomitable Lions found it almost impossible to resurrect and show what they are truly capable of in a clash with much better South Korea (1-0).

Who else than Tottenham star Heung-min Son was in charge of the home team's machinery that brought down Cameroon thanks to a first-half storm. Son netted in the 35th minute for the winners, as the Africans failed to impress once again.
Vincent Aboubakar and Bryan Mbeumo were cut off in the attack, just like the second-half substitute Leandre Tawamba.
Those two losses will make it difficult for the African greats to keep their World Cup preparations in an enthusiastic spirit. Cameroon will face Brazil, Switzerland and Serbia at the Qatar tournament.
